Who should Attend?
Employers! Businesses that have 50 full-time equivalent employees may be subject to penalties ( this includes school districts and municipalities) under the ACA!
Also employers that have multiple businesses and partnerships where they own 50% or more and the total hours of employees of those businesses equal to 50 full-time equivalents ( or total part-time hours per week /30 hrs per week= full-time equivalents per week) should also attend.
