Tuesday Bird Walk
Join our Naturalist for an engaging bird walk through our extensive gardens and shoreline habitat. During this 1.5 hour tour, seek out Green Kingfishers, Black-crowned and Yellow-crowned Night Herons, Great Kiskadees, Least Grebes and so much more. This quiet urban oasis offers a plethora of easy birding sightings of some of South Texas's coolest critters. To reserve a space, please call the Center at (956) 381-9922 at least one day prior to the scheduled walk. Walks are free with paid admission or Membership. Can't make the tour this time? Call Monica at (956) 381-9922 to schedule a tour, Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 am to 4 pm. One to two hour tours are available upon request, depending on availability of the Naturalist.
