A Temporary TSA Pre-Check Application Center will be open at MFE, from Tuesday, April 16, 2019 – Thursday, April 18, 2019 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm each day.  Attached is a copy of TSA’s press release for this event as well as a fact sheet with program and event details.
 
For those frequent travelers interested in enrolling in TSA Pre-Check, visit the link below.  It is an easy process. 
 

1. Fill out the online application and schedule an appointment time.  The online application requires that you select an enrollment location, you can request McAllen, and the available dates and times will appear for you to select.  
2. Arrive to your appointment with two (2) identification documents (typically these include birth certificate, driver’s license, and/or passport). 
3. During your appointment, you will fill out additional background documents, your fingerprints will be collected, and you will pay an $85 enrollment fee (acceptable payment methods include: credit card, money order, company check, or certified/cashier’s check; cash and personal checks are not accepted).
