Tijerina's Wranglin' A.L.S. Cook-Off
The event will feature music, booths, a raffle, fun. Trophies will be awarded for all categories and Best camp. Proceeds will benefit the ALS Foundation (fighting Lou Gehrig's Disease) and the Tijerina Memorial Scholarship fund.
Entry fee for all categories is $200-Categories include: Pan De Campo, Fajitas, Carne Guisada, Chili (no beans), ranchero beans and spare pork ribs.
