You are invited to participate in the second annual Donna Texas Chisholm Trail Festival. There will be several community-centered events taking place including a cook-off, parade and the unveiling of the new Donna Hooks Fletcher statue. If you would like to enter a float in the parade or be a vendor/cook-off contestant in our second annual Chisholm Trail Festival you can apply at City of Donna City Hall.
