Carnival Des Animaux (Carnival of the Animals)

The concert will open with German composer Carl Maria von Webber’s Clarinet Quintet composition featuring Ivan Hernandez soloing on the clarinet accompanied by the Taffelmusik String Orchestra.  The audience will be captivated and immersed in Joaquin Turina’s dramatic “The Bullfighter’s Prayer”.  The mood then turns humorous, concluding with popular favorite “Carnival of the Animals” by Camille Saint-Saens.
