Yoga in the Park
Yoga for Resilience is a yoga program designed to provide any person with the benefits of yoga practice. Yoga has immense benefits beyond the mat- intentional breathing relieves stress and tension within the body and mind while the physical movement increases circulation and range of motion in a gentle and gradual way. You do not have to be flexible or fit to do yoga! With personalized instruction and custom poses to work for any body type and skill level Yoga for Resilience will support you in your journey to greater calm and joy in all that you do. What to bring: -A yoga mat or exercise mat -Water -Any props you may have available to you [possibly including]: An old belt or scarf A towel or small blanket A small accent pillow or two
