DESCRIPTION:If you are interested in teaching at IDEA\, we encourage you to fill out your application online as soon as possible.  When your application enters our system\, it gets screened within 10 days\, and you will be called to set up a phone interview if your application passes our screening. Please get your application in as soon as possible\, so you may have the best chance of securing a position at an IDEA school!\n\nAt the Teacher Recruitment Event\, you will have a chance to:\n\n\n	\n		Hear about IDEA's mission and continued work in the Rio Grande Valley and the state of Texas from IDEA's Senior Leadership Team\n	\n		Meet and greet Principals\n\nIf a Principal you meet is interested in considering you for positions on his/her campus\, he or she will forward your information to an IDEA Talent Recruiter\, who will then reach out to you for a phone interview or to arrange a Final Interview.\n\nIf you're attending the job fair\, please make sure that you bring the following:\n\n\n	\n		Professional attire\n	\n		Multiple copies of your resume\n	\n		Bright and positive attitude\n	\n		Questions regarding our school
