DESCRIPTION:Jazz on the Street will feature a Brownsville band   "SASS & BRASS". The members\, with lead singer Veronique Medrano were formerly part of the Charles Hearn Quintet. This will be the tenth in a series of Jazz & Art events held in Downtown Weslaco. The Thursday event will host musicians and art from Weslaco ISD students. The award winning Weslaco High School Jazz Band will play before the main event and student art will be on display in the art tent as well as around the retail store on Texas Blvd. So come and Jazz up!
